Response Time
We reply to messages and emails in the order they arrive. Most replies are sent within 48 hours.

Change of Shipping Address
Orders may be packed within 24 hours. Address changes are not guaranteed.
If you see an error, email us with your name and order number as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before the package leaves the warehouse.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
If the warehouse is busy, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery time does not include processing time.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
Packages are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
A tracking number is sent by email once the order is shipped.
Delivery times vary within Western Europe and Switzerland. Packages generally arrive within 10 working days from the shipping date.

Multiple Packages
Large orders may arrive in separate packages.
Packages may arrive 1 to 2 days apart.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will email you with an update.
If the item will not be restocked within 2 weeks, we will issue a refund.

Address Errors
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number.
We will try to correct it before the order leaves the warehouse.
Changes are not guaranteed once the package is shipped.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, contact us with your name and order number.
We will assist you.

Missing or Damaged Items
If an item is missing or damaged, contact us immediately.
Our Money-Back Guarantee applies for 14 days from delivery.
